Head coach of the offense Joker Phillips says Kyrus Lanxter has had a strong training camp without much fanfare because of Chris Matthews and Randall Cobb.  They've also wanted Lanxter to play tougher and he's doing that now, says Phillips.  Also, Phillips says a fast start is important because that was an issue for last year's team.  Check out the video interview below.
